If you can access Share360, but cannot browse the Home Page, the web server may not be operating. Reboot the web server and try accessing again.

To get to IIS or Peer Web Services > Restart from the Internet Service Manager

1. You may have inadvertently typed in the incorrect URL. Make sure the URL is entered correctly.
   

To identify the IP address (Windows), go to;

Start > Programs > Command Prompt.

Confirm the server's host name and the IP address here. (If the IP address is not set up, ask your network system administrator.)

If you use a DHCP server (DHCP Enabled............) and the IP address is assigned automatically, you cannot use Cybozu Share360. You must set up a static IP address for the server. For set up details, contact your network administrator.
