Question 2. Does the Share360 server have a static IP address?

For Windows, you can identify the IP address of the server as follows.

Through the Control Panel:

Go to Control Panel - Network. Click TCP/IP Protocol and find TCP/IP Properties. In the IP Address tab, either Specify an IP address or Obtain IP address from a DHCP server is marked. To use Share360, you must select Specify an IP address. The value in Specify an IP address is the server IP address.

Through the Command Prompt:

On the server, go to Start > Program > Command Prompt.

Check the servers host name or IP address here. (If IP address is not set up yet, ask your network administrator.) If the DHCP server is used (DHCP Enabled: Yes), you cannot use Share360. Use a static IP address. For more details, ask your network administrator.
